Biographie

Sheila Pye est née en 1978 près d'Hamilton, en Ontario. Elle est diplômée de la Faculté d'Art et de Design d'Ontario en peinture, photographie et vidéo, et titulaire d'une maîtrise en production de films de l'Université Concordia de Montréal. Elle vit et travaille à Toronto, où elle est en résidence au Director’s Lab du Canadian Film Centre. Son oeuvre a été exposée internationalement.

Nicholas Pye est né en 1976 à Torquay, en Angleterre. Il vit et travaille à Toronto. Il a récemment obtenu une Maîtrise de Beaux-Arts à la Mel Hoppenheim school of cinema de l'Université Concordia. Jusqu'ici son oeuvre a principalement été de nature photographique, mais il collabore souvent avec sa femme Sheila Pye sur des courts-métrages et des vidéos. Il enseigne actuellement les arts de l'image à la Faculté d'Art et de Design d'Ontario.
