History

Art Mûr was founded by Rhéal Olivier Lanthier and François St-Jacques in 1996 and was located in the
St-Henri neighborhood, in Montréal. In 2002, Art Mûr moved into a 14000 square foot space located
on a commercial street. Including 6 exhibition rooms, Art Mûr is one of the largest
contemporary art galleries in Canada. The gallery is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2006.
